| It's not that I don't care about your lives, but I think I'm abandoning
this account. Girl's gotta have priorities and focus in her life.
This xanga served its purpose quite well, for being a way for me to deal with all the ways that he
hurt me; he got me into this and his absence will mark my departure.
Mostly, though, I'm quite past that stage of my life. I stopped writing
bad poetry and wrote some of the most eloquent passages of my life,
started eating less meat, made some incredible new friends through
xanga--most notably Christina Kelly and Christina Lee of Flushing, NY.
I got to be inspired by Wendy and Patricia for the way they take the
world into their own hands. I complained more than I chronicled my
life, but you do what you have to do.

| Holy shit, I'm going to see Alex Kronrod TWICE this week. Tomorrow, me,
Alex Kronrod, and Brenden are going up to the Big C. Friday, at least
me, Alex Kronrod and Brenden are going out to eat.

| The New Cast of Characters.
1. Nat--the guy I made friends with at CalSO. He's the guy I talk to about everything when I feel like shit.
2. Susan--my awesome roommate.
3. Melanie--my awesome Foothill-La Loma Health Worker Partner.
4. Brenden--my bud from Anthro
class + Section. We both have some common..."interests"...in other
words, we're obsessed with this guy named Alex Kronrod.
5. Alex Kronrod--this guy I met at a party, who is gay-friendly, very affectionate, sweet, and posi. He's my hero.
6. Jenny Chen--The President of Cal Q and A, who introduced Brenden and I to Alex Kronrod. She's best friends with him. She's my hero.
So basically, Brenden wants to go camping with me, our friend Amy H.,
Alex Kronrod and Jenny Chen. If that happens, it will be amazing. They
even want to invite Tal, just to create some more drama for me; Tal was
the guy who rejected me the morning after, when he was sober.
